OLIVER
Hi! In just a few weeks, I have transformed into a healthy, happy and
fun-loving dog who is curious about everything and loves to explore.
Foster mommy has evicted all of the unwanted guests that were using me
as a host and I received a clean bill of health from the vet this past week.
My coat is sleek and shiny and my spots look like they have gotten darker.
Everyone now believes that I am no older than 1 or 2 years of age because
of my playful nature, zest for life, comical antics, and how I love my toys!
I am in the doggie toy box and basket all the time and love to run around
the house with one in my mouth. I also like to arrange them throughout
the house just the way that I want them.
Right now, I am learning the difference between flip-flops, clothes in the
laundry basket, and my toys. Everything is so wonderful to play with
that I get confused! I also like to play with the older dogs of the
house and they play with me for awhile, but then they get tired and I
go back to my toys or running around outside. I also play with the
seven-year-old boy and will sit with him while he plays Legos.
My cutest moments are when I "lawn surf" - this makes everyone smile
and laugh. I stretch out all four of my paws and slide on the grass
outside and then roll around. At the end of the day, I am exhausted
and love to snuggle up with my foster family (both four-legged and
two-legged) for a good night's sleep. I also will nap on and off
during the day.
I do this very cute thing occassionally where I sleep
with my tongue very slightly out of my mouth. Everyone says that is
absolutely adorable!! Foster mommy was delighted to find out that
I was already housetrained and have not had a single accident in the
house! At some point in my life, I must have been in a home.
I am very sweet and would love a family of my own! I am neutered,
heartworm negative and on preventative, on flea and tick preventative,
up to date on shots, and healthy. If you would like to meet me and
see if I am a match for your family, please apply!!!
